Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
You may be amazed at how short many of our appointments are. We believe that you did not come to out office to spend an hour or so waiting to be seen. Therefore, we have spent a great deal of time training ourselves how to work together as a team, so each appointment is scheduled properly.
Financial: It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Along with a low initial down payment, we offer no-interest, in-house financing to help make your treatment more affordable. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.
Insurance: We are in-network providers for Delta-Dental (Disney, Lake and Orange County School Districts), Guardian, Dentemax, MetLife and many others. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
